Take it every morning religiously. It’s helps me with my muscle pains and helps me sleep at night.
After around 4 weeks of taking 3 tablets daily this product has definitely helped my problems sleeping due to night sweats. I can now say my waking up every 2-3 hours has stopped and I'm feeling more energetic after getting a good night's sleep.

silicon dioxide, magnesium salts . Would be better to remove those.

My daughter suffers with hayfever. Had her on piriton for 2 yrs but advised it’s not good for health reasons. Swapped to these and they have been brilliant. Highly recommend
