I have been taking this product at one per day for some months and finding it beneficial. Started taking two per day (1 at breakfast, 1 at 5.30 and found I was waking after a few hours sleep and unable to settle back to sleep as my mind was so active. Switched second to lunchtime, but still too stimulating. Have reverted to 1 at breakfast and sleeping back to normal ☺️
